Target - Fashion for Every Body

I love Target's new Facebook ads! They are fashion forward showcasing models with all types of bodies and clothing to make every woman feel beautiful. I saw this ad for swimsuits yesterday and I pretty much couldn't stop smiling:

And then I saw another ad from target today about street style:

Target is doing an amazing thing in bringing fashion to everyone and making women of all shapes and sizes feel confident and included. These ads might just be pictures, but a picture is worth a thousand words.

Ashton Kutcher

There has been a video floating around on Facebook of Ashton Kutcher giving an award acceptance speech at the Teen Choice Awards. From what I can tell, this video is not new but for some reason it has resurfaced.

I think the reason this video is popular right now is because it shows someone like Ashton Kutcher, someone wealthy and famous, giving amazingly honest and real advice on how to live life and create opportunity.

One thing Kutcher says is "opportunity looks a lot like hard work." This is such a great reminder that no matter what you want to become or are doing right now, work hard at it and be diligent and fruit will come from your labor.

Watch Kutcher's speech and allow yourself to be inspired. ~Hannah

Quiet Time

I used to be the type of person who always wanted to be where the action was. If there was an event happening I was there, if someone wanted to hang out I would always say yes, if someone needed help with a project I would do it!

But, I have now learned that sometimes I need my quiet time. :) Quiet time by myself has played a really important part in helping me develop my own skills and also helping me recharge so I can be a fully present person when I am getting together with friends or helping someone with a project. I've also learned that sometimes you have to say "no" to things in the moment so you can say "yes" in the future.

This all comes back to the practice of taking time for yourself and growing in who you are as a person, because you are worth taking time and energy to just be you. :)
